Rates and Terms

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING RATES AND TERMS BELOW

Labour/Garden Maintenance:
$70 per hour (Weekdays)
$100 per hour (Saturdays)
*Minimum call out for all jobs is 2 hours


Green waste removal/Tip fee:
$95 for a full ute load of green waste removal. (more than two 100L bags of waste).
$55 for a partial ute load of green waste (up to two 100L bags of waste).
No charge if you have a green bin to accommodate all of the waste.

Access to property/Garden beds:
Where possible, please leave a car space available to allow easy access to the property. This will also ensure heavy machinery and large bags of green waste can be moved safely. It is also advised that all garden beds are to be safely accessible. Please move any obstructions that may prevent access. 

Pets:
Whilst I absolutely love animals, it is not my responsibility to pick up after them. Please ensure that all animal waste is removed from all garden beds and lawns before the job commences. If this is not done it may result in the job being cancelled upon entry. 

Payments:
Due strictly on the same day of the work completion. An invoice will be sent with EFT details on them. If payments cannot be made on the same day then please advise of another date for the work to be carried out when funds will be available for same day transfer. Failure to pay on the same day will result in the cancellation of any future bookings. 

Cancellation Policy:
Within 24 hours prior to job start time - The minimum call out fee will be charged.
